Cars Themed Party

We will be having a cars themed party for Hans’ 1st birthday in 2 weeks! Weee!!!

I am now busy preparing for his birthday. Ordering this and that. Booking this and that too! I hope this party will be a good one and I hope my son will be happy on his grand day. I want it to be simple this time. Limited budget that’s why. But I know that this party will be special. Hans will have a great time for sure! And I can’t wait for this to be over. Planning a party is so stressful!

Organize and Plan

When we went to Manila last October I passed by a store ( I forgot the name) and it was crowded. I don't know why but there are a lot of people waiting outside. The manager is entertaining those people and commanding his staff to organize those people. I think I heard him say "get those stanchions here!". I think before you hold a promo or anything that will drive people to go to your store, plan first and see how people will react to the promo. It is better to have a clean and organized one than to have a bad reputation of having a bad service right?

Sickies in the House

My kids got sick this week. Cate is better and Hans is on the way to recovery but both still have cough. I am so worried the other day as they got high fever. I wanted to take them to the hospital but thank God they got better the following day. It’s not easy to have sick kids. It will test your patience and mama capability. I am glad I survived. I am thankful that my husband is there for us. I don’t know what to do if he wasn’t there. Thank Hon!

Potential Singer

Right now I am hearing someone outside singing a beautiful song at the karaoke. It might be at the neighborhood. I love her voice! She has a potential in becoming a singer someday. If only a talent scout can hear her right now. Or should I say If only I am a talent scout. I will surely get her. hahahaha! She can be a star if that happens. She can work with a band with nice and great instruments. Maybe a Bbe at musicians friend will be suggested as a gift to her if she will be interested in playing in a band. A plus if she knows how to play an instrument right? Ok now I am day dreaming! I should take a nap now. hahaha!

12 hours

Cate is one amazing child. She woke up at 9:30 am yesterday and slept at 9 in the evening. She didn’t take a nap in the afternoon! My goodness! I am losing my temper when she said no when I told her to go to bed and take her nap. I just let her be and she played and played all day. I tried tiring her up by letting her run around the house. But that didn’t work.

Right now she is having her afternoon nap. Thank goodness! We will have a nice mood when she wakes up later.

Restaurant Website Builder

A friend is looking for someone who can make their restaurant’s website. I saw her post the other day on facebook and I instantly thought of the site where they make the website. I was thinking where I saw that site before. And thank God I remembered now. I am going to recommend to her this restaurant website builder that I know of. Off to send her an email. Tahtah!

Facebook changed my mother. Before, she will go home during lunch time, take a nap and go back to the office. And in the afternoon, she will clean the house, cook dinner, watch TV and bond/talk to us about how our day went. But today she won’t go home during lunch time, just stay in the office and in the afternoon after work, she will change clothes and sit in front of her computer until dinner is served. I miss the old mom. I just hope she will realize that not everything is in facebook. Yes we are there also but the memories she will build with us cannot be found in facebook. =(

Taking Down Notes

… on what to give to my family, friends and relatives this Christmas. I have a long list and I haven’t done any Christmas shopping yet. I want everybody to feel special, to let them know that I remembered to give something to them this Christmas. I am thinking of giving the girls some hair accessories since my dear friend makes lovely hair trinkets. And I'll just buy montecristo cigars for my uncles and guy friends who smokes. =) Now that slashes almost half on my list. Yey!

Cate’s New Headbands

This is my daughter’s new headbands from dainty ashley. Thank you to Cate’s ninang Zanne and tita Mai (the owner of dainty ashley) for these beautiful hair accessories. This was their gift for my daughter’s birthday last October. Me and Cate loves them so much! I will order soon for Christmas presents. The perfect gift for your little fashionista! Go get them now!

UN celebration

We attended the United Nation Celebration at my niece's school last October 25. My two niece joined the costume contest but sad to say they didn't won the award. But it's ok they are the cutest Korean and Spanish little girls ever! I am happy to see their performance at school. It is rare that I got to attend a special event in their school. It was an honored to be invited.
One thing I noticed is that the amplifier that the school was using is broken. I think they need to take a look at the Epifani Amplifiers at musicians friend, they might want to get one to replace the one they are using right now. The price is reasonable and I am sure they have the money to buy it. I hope they will replace it soon for the benefit of the students and parents too.

We’re Back!

We are back from our vacation in Manila. And I am so happy to be back to our normal routine. We had a good sleep last night ( I forgot to turn of the laptop because I am so tired). I woke up early as my son woke me up at 5am. And can’t go back to sleep so I just checked FB for comments on the photos I posted and checked emails too. I am tired but had a great time on our vacation.

Done!

Finally after a month of planning my daughters birthday party is over. I can now breathe! Whew! But I am not yet back to my regular routine as we will go on a vacation. So my hunt for a patio flooring will be on hold. I will get back to it when we get home next week. I hope this vacation will be a good one. I can't wait to see my friends!

Finally the Tutu Arrived!

Yey! Finally the birthday outfit of the birthday girl arrived a few hours after I posted my waiting for the tutu post last Friday. I am so happy! And wow I love the quality of my purchase. Definitely a good buy for me! I will bookmark the seller and recommend it to other friends who needs outfit for their little girls. Such a great seller she is.

My Daughter’s Birthday Outfit

I am waiting for the tutu skirt of my daughter to arrive today. She will wear it on her 2nd birthday next week. She has this birthday girl top similar to the one she wore on her 1st birthday photo shoot but it’s white. I can’t wait for her to wear it.

We will have a photo shoot today just here at home and me as the photographer. I hope she will cooperate and have a few decent shot. We did a photo shoot yesterday and there are only a few good shots plus the background is so so. I don’t have nice background here so I will just shoot without one. Let’s see if this is going to succeed. And please no tantrums now.

Ok will go check dock ramps online first as hubby said my Father in law is looking for one. Bye for now!

Marie Biscuit

Cate and Hans love Marie Time Biscuit. It is soft and easy to swallow. Cate can eat 4 pack in just one sitting. Of course I can only give Hans 2 biscuit. He is such a biscuit monster too! I have to limit him into 2 a day. haha! I bought the bigger Marie biscuit but it is not for babies. It’s not the soft and doesn’t melts in your mouth. Thank God I found this at the grocery near us. I can easily go buy if we ran out.

New scissors

I just bought a new scissor yesterday. Why? Nothing. I just need to buy something. haha! The one at home is nowhere to find so I need a new one. I hope Cate didn’t played with it. I saw there are hair cutting shears there and I looked at the price and it was too expensive for me. it is a good gift for Christmas for a friend who is a hairdresser. I will just order it online. Less hassle and easy to pay too. With just a click I can have that in a day or two. I need save up for that though.

Meltdown

This is the stage in which Cate easily melts down. She do this everyday! When she doesn’t get what she wants she throw tantrums at us. I don’t know what to do to her when she do this. I want to comfort her sometimes but I don’t want spoil her either. She needs to learn that not everything is available for her. Terrible twos here we go!

Feel the Music

I love listening to music when scrapping. And as I am listening I am trying to imagine what instruments the musicians are playing. I think there are Harke bass amps musicians friend to the one I am listening now. I love it! I am hoping to watch an opera someday. The music is relaxing and my ears deserve a time to hear good music. All I can hear nowadays are horns and the sound of the cars outside. Ugh!

What’s for Snack?

I am so hungry already. It’s 4:30pm now and I asked our helper what’s for snack. And she told me we are having Hamburger but with Cheese ketchup and hotdog in it. Simple snack but still yummy! Yay! I will stop what I am doing first and head to the kitchen to eat snack. I’ll be back later.

A Musician

Before I don't even know what Fender is all about until I became a wife to my husband who is a musician. Well, he is not in a band anymore but he still knows all those music and instrument words that I don’t know. And I asked what fender is when I came across that word online and he said it is one of the leading instrumental company. His brother has been dreaming to own a guitar by Fender. He’s the one who is still active in performing in a band. I love music too and this is one of the things that me and my husband have in common.

Cates Playmates

I love having Cate’s playmates here in our house. She have a social life! not like Mama who doesn’t have one. haha! I love seeing my daughter play with her playmates. I wish they can stay but they have school on weekdays. They are just here on weekends. And sometimes they stay at my parents house so we just go there so Cate can play with them too. I am sad that Cate doesn’t have a playmate on regular days but me. It’s still different if she plays with a same age bracket kids than playing with an adult like me. I wish we have a play school nearby.

Ber Months

BER months are here and Christmas is just around the corner. I would like to get some leather wallets to give to my cousins this Christmas. I need to do a list on who will receive something from me. Yes as early as now I will do my Christmas list as I get to be busy with taking care of my kids, being a house wife to my husband and other occasions to attend. And oh I am so excited for our family get together this December.

Sleep Deprived

Hello 3 hours of sleep! Ugh! I hate this!

My daughter slept late last night plus I worked for 2 hours after that. Slept at 3am and my son woke up at 6am. Argh! I must sleep later when my kids take their nap. I badly need energy.

For now I will just use up my remaining energy to play with my kiddos.

Wooden Toys

I am looking for some wooden puzzles for kids for Cate and Hans. Educational toys are great gifts to children ages 2 and up. I can't find good one at the mall so here I am searching the web. I saw one alphabet wooden blocks but it's too pricey for me. I will continue looking until I find the right one. For sure Cate and Hans will be delighted to have these kind of toys. I won't give up searching. maybe you have a recommendation? Link me up please!

Milk

Good morning! I just want to share that I am a milk person. I don’t drink coffee at all. I don’t like the taste of it. I tried before when I was in college but I gave up as i really don’t like the taste.

Right now I am enjoying my hot milk while working. Yes I am different and I love being one. =) Are you a coffee or milk lover? Or both?

Pain

Running around the house to catch a toddler is no joke. I am getting old and I now feel terrible pain on my back and legs at night. I am growing old already yikes! Can someone give me traumeel now? Ugh! I know this won’t last as kids will grow up in time. I will just enjoy my everyday life and think on the positive side of all these things. I enjoy playing (running included) with my babies anyways.

Happy and Healthy

I am one happy mom here. My kids are doing good I can tell because of the happy faces I’ve been seeing lately. Thank God no sickies right now and I hope we’ll remain like this. happy and healthy.

On the other hand my dear friend is doing a paternity testing tomorrow. He and her ex-girlfriend decided to know the truth. Oh well best of luck to him!

Musical Equipment

A friend was posting photos of his new komplete 8 ultimate on Facebook this morning and I know someone is really envy already! Our common friend wanted to have that musical equipment but he is still broke.  I wish he will be offered a new job order so he can save up and get that dream equipment of him. For sure when he got it he will become a great musician. I cannot wait for the time that he will sing to the stage and for sure I will be there to cheer. WTG my dear!

No Idea

Someone is asking me on the Rebif side effects but I have no idea what to tell her. I never heard the word before. So here I am researching on the topic. She might ask me again about that tomorrow and at least now I am prepared.

I am sleepy already and I need to rest my eyes or else I will have headache tomorrow. But the problem is that Cate is still awake! Waaahhh! I hope sleep will find her soon.

A Month…

Of being offline here on my blog. Sorry about that. Busy momma here. I sometimes want to blog but I cant because blogging mojo attacks when my hands are so full. Ugh! I wish it will find me on my free time and that’s when my kids are sleeping. Right now my hands are still full, breastfeeding my son in front of my laptop, but I pushed myself to blog. I wanted to update all of you at least once a month. But it will be nicer if I can blog more often right? I will try. Promise!

Bean Bag Hunt

My sister was looking for some bean bag chairs last week at the mall. She needs to find one as she will be using it on their apartment. She is on training for her work and needs to rent an apartment as the place where she was assigned is too far from my parents house. I just hope she found one when she visited the mall near her office the other day. I will have to ask if she got one. I found a beautiful bean bag online and if she haven’t found any, I will have to recommend it to her.

One Busy Mom

This is my role now that I have two kids already. The coming of Hans into our lives changed the way I live my life. Before I can stay in front of my laptop for hours as I can leave Cate with the husband. But now I can’t. =( I am a full time mom already. I breastfeed Hans which feeds every hour I think. Yes I have one always hungry kid. hahaha! And I can’t leave two kids under my husbands care. He needs my help. I know that this is not temporary. I can do this. I am always positive about motherhood and AJA! I am one supermom!

4 Months now

I am cleaning my closet tomorrow and getting rid of my maternity dresses which needs to be taken away since Hans is now 4 months old. I should have done it a few months back but I am just plain lazy. Haha!

Time really flies so fast. It was just like yesterday when he was in my tummy and now he’s laughing and smiling at me already! Awww… I will surely miss my kids being a baby. And oh I don’t have plans on adding another one very soon. LOL!

Electric Fireplaces

I never heard that there's electric fireplaces until now. I was just browsing the web when I saw one and now I am informed! I think it is so cool! I want one for our house even if it’s summer all year round here in the Philippines. haha!

New TV Show to watch

My favorite TV Show ended so I need to find a new one to watch. Thanks to my friend she tweeted that Once Upon A Time series is a good one. I haven’t watch this one yet but I finished downloading the whole season 1. Yey! I cannot wait to watch!

I Need Rest

I badly need to go out. Taking care of my two kids and cleaning the house is stressing me out. I need to go to the mall and unwind for a while. I need a me time. I need to relax and think of nothing. Or maybe scrapping will remove my stress. I just need to be alone and have a peaceful time. When will that be? I will wait.

Ok a friend emailed me right now and she told me she needs to discuss the general liability insurance to me. But I am busy today. I need to take care of my kids, go home and clean the house. Will just reply to her that maybe next time if the best time to discuss those things.  I hope she will understand.

Last 2 Episodes of Desperate Housewives

2 more episodes and Desperate Housewives is over. =( I am so sad for this season/series finale. I’ve been an avid fan for this show. I watched from the first episode until now. I wait for every episode and soon there will be no more to watch out. Susan, Bree, Gabrielle and Lynette is a part of my daily life. It’s like I live in Westeria Lane too. hahahaha! Wishful thinking! I love this series and will forever be a Desperate Housewives fan.

A Friends First Car

My friend got a new car last week. It’s a second hand one and there are some parts that needs replacement. They also discovered that one of the air fittings is broken and they need to get one asap. Thank God there are online stores like Reid Supply where they can get new air fittings for their car. They also need to repaint the whole car for a brand new look. I am happy for my friend because she saved a lot to get this car. With 3 children and 2 nanny’s they badly need a new car for their transportation. Happy for you my friend. Congrats!

Summer is almost over

I am quite sad that summer is almost over and school will start soon. This means our helpers kids will go home and it will be just the 4 of us at home soon. No more noise and kids running around our house. Sigh! I wish they just live near our place so Cate can play with them anytime or after school. Everything will be back to normal again soon. I need to prepare myself for this back to reality thing.

As I was searching for the Best Joomla Web Hosting, I stumble upon a cool blog authored by a cool mom. Happens to be the blog of my fellow creative team member at a digiscrapping store. I adore her pages so much and I am glad I found her blog. I added her blog on my google reader and I am now updated on her blog and scrapbook pages.

Buffet

 

This is dad’s favorite restaurant. He is a fan of buffet right now. When he discovered this restaurant he is now a regular customer. He even asks his officemates to eat there during lunch break. And on his 60th birthday we ate there together with his officemates and friends. What I like about this restaurant is that they serve delicious food. And all I can say is that we will eat there in every occasion that the family celebrates. A resto with good food and reasonable price.

American Idol

I am a fan of American Idol. I watched some of the previous seasons and I enjoyed looking forward to seeing the performances and the elimination part. I specially love when a Pinoy is included to the Top 14. Now that Jessica Sanchez is included to the Top 6 I am even more determined to watch this show! The performances are so great, the fabulous outfits, transformations and the band are so good! Worth watching really! And I think I saw the Arturia Keyboard Controller that the band uses and they are so cool! I am sure it is one of the bands wishes to have. Will ask my brother in law who is into music as well what’s his thoughts on AI.

Not In A good Mood

A friend kept on bugging me on Facebook. I am ignoring him as he is so annoying! He was telling me about annuity quote but I think I wasn't paying attention as to what he is saying. haha! Bad me! So I ignored him. I don’t know why I am so irritated by him. I guess I am not in the mood to listen to his stories right now. But I will give him time soon. Not now. I am not in a goo mood.

Dad’s New Iphone

I have been using dad's new iphone 4s ever since he got it last January. And wow it's fast! My 3g one got even slower after I used the 4s. hahaha! I set everything up on the 4s. Installed a lot of nice apps and took a lot of photos. The quality of the photos are so nice and crisp! I love it! I even installed ebooks there and some free one from the ebook store. As if I will be able to read all of the book there! haha!

For our backyard

I saw this photo while I was blog hopping. Hubby is planning to make a bench like this one out of scratch. He told me to save the photo on our laptop so he can take a look at it by the time he is ready to make a similar one. I love to have a bench like this one on our backyard. Isn’t it beautiful? I cannot wait for this one to be placed there. A very nice place to have coffee and just appreciate nature.

Longing for a Vacation

I was looking at my friends Boracay photos on facebook and admiring the beautiful sceneries and the amenities of the hotel they stayed in. I specially loved the outdoor chaise lounge and the different luxurious furniture at the hotel. It was a very nice hotel I can see. And the description on my friends photos tells how they enjoyed their vacation. I wish I can also go on a vacation right now. Not in Boracay as we can afford to go there now but somewhere a little far from where we are right now. I hope it will happen soon.

Where Are You?

I miss this phone. Hubby gave this to me a few years ago before I had my iphone. I can’t find it anywhere. I knew I put it near my scrapbooking area but I can’t find it now. =( This phone is still working and I am planning to put a sun simcard in it. But oh well, they said if you don’t look for it it will just show up. And I miss that wallpaper.

Unisex Scrubs

I wonder if my brother who is a nurse wear these Marcus nurses uniforms as well?

I only saw him wearing the white uniform in his pictures. I think it’s fun to wear this at work huh? Such a colorful and fun designs. You will never get bored at work if you are wearing this for sure! I will have to ask my brother if he’s wearing a scrub like this. Onion Rings

This is one of my sisters specialty. She cooked this at her party yesterday and everyone loved it. I can tell as the plate is empty after a while.

I don’t like eating onions but this one is yummy! Sis you did a good job cooking this one! I am a proud sister. Now teach me how to cook that so I can also serve it if there are guests at home as well. Thanks in advance!

Summer is Here!

It was so hot! I am sweating like a pig right now and the electricfan is in front of me. What is happening to the world! Oh well it's summer time already on my part of the world. A weather like this is the perfect time to hit the beach! Will ask the husband if we can go swimming, if not at the beach at least at the nearby pool. It is important to drink water so we won't be dehydrated. Take care people! Ok will read the testoripped review now and later will check the fridge for some snack. Bye!

Bro’s Pre-Birthday Lunch

This was our lunch yesterday. My sister in law went to the market to buy meat and other ingredients for the pre-birthday celebration of her husband. Mom cooked the Adobo Rice, Togue and the grilled tuna. The Ginataang Manok and the Igado was cooked by our helper. It was a happy and yummy lunch. My brother invited his biking colleagues and I think they had a great lunch just like us.

A Great Wedding Gift

I always always run out of ideas on what to give to someone who is getting married. Either I end up giving them a wall clock or a pillow, which a must have for newlyweds. But when I saw the bunn coffee maker, I said to myself, "why not!?"

This is a great gift idea right?

I am not a coffee drinker but I am thinking of getting this one too so hubby won’t have a hard time making his own coffee in the morning. He always wakes up first before me and I don’t want him to go on a hassle in making his coffee. A good coffee maker is what we need. I just need to find money to buy it. Wish me luck!

The Zoo

I love going to the Zoo. And what makes me happy now is that Cate loves animals specially ducks. She imitates the duck by putting her hands on her armpit and moves like a duck. She is so funny whenever she does that. So I asked the husband to make time for family every Sunday and visit the Zoo if we can. This is a cheap way of spending time with family. And now that Hans is already here it will be more fun to visit the Zoo. Cate now has a playmate. Yey!

I have been searching for a nice gift for a friend's birthday next week. I don't know what will make her happy. It's so hard to buy a gift for her as she has everything. From clothes to shoes, bags and scrapping supplies. All I know is that she is conscious with her weight right now. So maybe a weigh tronix will make her happy on her birthday. Ok this will be my gift for her. I hope she will like it.

Study Table For Two

I really like that photo above. I saved it on my computer for future reference. I would love my two kids to have this when they starts to go to school. Such a space saver and very nice design too. It will be a very good study area near our living room. Will tell the husband about my plan about this so he can have it copied by our carpenter. I am one excited mom here!

Cowboy Themed Party

 

Our family (dad's side) celebrates Christmas with a happy themed reunion annually. We had a Holywood Red Carpet theme last December and it was so nice! Next year it will be a white Christmas and we all should wear white. And I am so excited for that celebration! We haven't had a cowboy themed party so I am bookmarking this boots at BootCity.com. I will surely need this when the time comes. Isn’t the boots nice? I like it so much!

Dried Mango Strips

I have been munching this sweet treat from Cebu. Mom, Dad and my niece Nadine went there last week and have this as their pasalubong to us. I love dried mangoes! I hope to go back to Cebu soon. I have been there when I was in college and that was long long time ago! Now that I have a family it will surely more fun to travel. Will plan this trip soon.

The Beautiful Black Dress

I saw some nice plus size dresses over at Sydney’s Closet today and I wish I have seen this when I was hunting for a dress for our family reunion last December. Plus size dresses will fit me now that I am pregnant. I had to wear a simple maxi dress as I didn’t find a nice dress fitted for me. But my relatives said I look good during the event. Oh well, maybe next time I will just look online or here at Sydney’s Closet if I need a formal dress for a special occasion.

New Theme

I am thinking of changing my theme for this blog. But I don’t know where to find a nice theme. Can you suggest one? This blog badly needs a new look. I think this theme is ugly. Oh pregnancy hormones! Will try to look for a nice one later when my baby is asleep. If you know of a site where to get a free blogspot theme please link me up ok? Thanks!

New Netbook

A friend just got her new netbook last Christmas. I was so happy for her as she will be able to work on her thesis now that she has a new laptop. There are a lot of good netbook computers out there. I have a good and still working one so I didn’t wish for a new laptop last Christmas. Now I will be able to catch my friend more often on YM. Yey! I am so happy!

New Partner in 2012

My friend is desperate to find a partner right now. She tried blind dating but no one is good to her. She is now considering of trying out the free dating online site that I gave her. I really do hope she will find someone out there.

Barney at 3:27am

Cate is watching Barney right now. And it is freaking 3:27am!!!

She is sick and she can’t sleep. Hubby and I asked her if she wants to watch Barney and she nod, so we let her. My poor baby! I hope she gets well soon. I can’t stand watching her weak and clingy.

Another tooth is popping out I guess that’s why she has fever.

Time Out

Was doing some research on swimming pool supplies yesterday when my husband told me to dress up because we are going out for some family time. I stopped what I am doing because I am itching to go out and breathe fresh air. =)

I need to go out from time to time. I feel so bored sometimes when I am just in front of my laptop working. I hope to have some time out  every week.

Baby Boy

My baby is kicking as of this writing. I love it!

I am sure I will miss this feeling when the baby comes out. Oh well, real kick will soon happen. =)

I am now on my 33rd week. Yikes! 7 more weeks to go and baby boy is out. And I am panicking as I still don’t have a second name for him! Oh my! I am thinking of getting the name of the Saint that represents the day of his birth. I just hope he will come out to the day of a good saints name!

Gift Shopping

There are a lot of people at the mall yesterday. Thank God I didn't get dizzy and fall out. I was able to buy everything from my list. Will just wrap them up and give it on the 25th. I only got toys for some of my nephew and nieces. And I am sad not all of them can get a gift this year. We are having a crisis right now. Money problems here and there. We will just give them something in January or early February after we got our income from the car service.

 

Oh well, If you are having trouble on what to give to your nephew, brother or godson, you can buy the yoyofactory. It is a hit right now and I am sure boys will love playing them. I wish we have that toy here but I only saw it online and I don’t have money already! Ugh!

Breakdown Service

Every time we are travelling I cannot stop to worry on car breakdown. I think I have a phobia now after what happened years ago in Manila where in we had a breakdown in Edsa and I was too afraid MMDA will catch us or tow us. Thank God my husband is a mechanic and he fixed the car after a few minutes. But even if he can fix the car we still need to find a good breakdown service. Anyone knows where we can get one? We will appreciate it if you can suggest one. Thanks!

Being a Mom

I love being a mom right now. Cate is just too cute! I love my daughter so much! I have been thinking a lot lately what will be my life when this baby boy inside me comes out and greets the world “Hello!”. Will I still be able to touch my laptop? Blog? Or even check my FB account? I know me and Jun will be so busy by that time. Taking care of two kids are not easy. So I am taking most of my time right now to do what I need to do while I still have 1 child. A friend gave an advice that I will have a handful by the time my baby boy arrives, so make the most of today. I will surely follow her. Even if I will have less sleep, I will do everything that I need to do now.

Oh Christmas Tree

Before I read this dual diagnosis treatment online, I wanted to share to all of you my excitement for tomorrow. Maybe you are asking now what’s with tomorrow? Is there a major event or celebration? Nah… I will just decorate our tree finally! haha! I got yah didn’t I?

Today we went shopping for Christmas ornaments. Yey! I already set up our tree the other day and I wanted to have a blue tree so I am not using some of the ornaments which was used last last year. Yes we didn’t set up a tree last year (2010). I guess we we’re too busy with the renovation of the house and the coming of my little one that time. Plus we were at my parents house when I gave birth last October.

Oh well, Weeeee!!! I am so excited to put those blue ornaments  and Christmas lights that we bought today. I will surely take pictures and share them here soon. Wait for it ok?

Our Wish List This Year

I already posted our family's wish list for the exchange gift on our family Christmas Party on Facebook which will be held end of December. I was looking at the top christmas gifts online but I didn't find anything that I really like. So I asked for something simple but will be useful for me and my family. BOY!!!!

Yes we are having a boy this time!

Quota na!

One girl and One Boy! Very very nice right? We are so happy with the news that we got. I had my first ultrasound today at Aquinas hospital. I was smiling from ear to ear when the doctor said that we will be having a boy this time. We are not particular on what gender we want but we are happy that we are blessed with a boy. I am so sure Cate is happy to be an Ate to her baby brother. I cannot wait to meet this little bundle of ours.

Birthday party Invitations

I have bookmarked a lot of sellers in Facebook that offers birthday party invitations a few months before my baby’s first birthday. But I never got to order from them. I opted for a more personalized invitation. I made it and have it printed at the developing center at the mall. And I am so happy the guest have been inquiring on where I ordered it. And whenever I tell them I made it they are amazed! Thanks for appreciating my work guys! I am blushing now. =)

EHD Now Working

I was able to buy a new EHD cable wire. Woohoo! My EHD which contains my scrapping kits is now working and I can now scrap my heart out! Weeee!!! I visited 3 computer stores and nothing works for my EHD. Thank God the last store has one and was able to make it work. As I was paying for the wire, I saw their barcode scanners and canvassed on how much it was as my cousin was asking me the other day on where to get the cheapest bar code scanner for their gift shop. Now I have something to repost to her. I hope she'll find it cheap or else I will have to scout for a new barcode scanner.

I am doing my baby’s slide show for her first birthday party on Saturday. The venue said I can use their projector for free. I think they have an extra lcd projector bulbs there in case the one that is installed will be broken. I don’t want to have a cancelled slideshow in case their projector get broken. Oh well I don’t have to worry about that because I know that everything will be fine. I am just being positive about it. =)

EHD Cable Connector

I am so pissed of this connector ever since it didn’t work. I badly need to replace it soon. I have all my scrapping supplies on my EHD and thank God it is only the connector that has a problem. Not the EHD itself. Or else it will go crazy losing my entire scrapping kits! I will need to visit our local computer shop to look for a replacement. I hope to find one soon.

High Chair Lover

 

Whenever we are out to eat, Cate never passes to sit on a high chair. She just loves being in it while we eat. She loves to look around, discovering the lights and other restaurant equipment. She is just one curious baby. Some babies doesn’t want to be away from their mother’s and father’s when eating but not Cate. She is one calm and independent baby. I just love her to bits!

Stressful Week!

I am still here busy with the party planning of my daughter's first birthday which is in two weeks already! I am one mom panicking right now. I still have a lot of things to accomplish. I do hope that this party will be a successful one. I have been having sleepless nights because of it. And I even forgot the favor that my cousin is asking me. She wanted me to look for Nursing Aide Jobs for her and her friend. Now she hates me! Ugh!

Sleepy Me

I went to bed last night without turning this laptop off. I woke up with my screen directed to www.trustedquote.com. Either I accidentally entered the site or hubby used my laptop while I was sleeping. I was really sleepy since I was tired from the trip to Naga City for the Penafrancia Festival. It was a very fun event and at the same time tiring one. Cate enjoyed her trip too! I hope to catch sleep later after I am done with this blogging thing. =)

Lingerie Babydolls

I was planning to buy some new lingerie the other day but hubby can't accompany me as he has some work to do that day. Plus I don't have someone to look over my baby that day too. So I am here looking at these gorgeous lingerie babydolls at www.lingeriediva.com. How I wish I can wear something like that too. Uhm maybe in the next few years time. haha!

Birthday Gift

I am tired of looking at my iPhone with the same iPhone case. I wanted to get a Cath Kidston iphone case. I fell in love with it the first time I saw it on Facebook. It was like seeing a patterned paper in your iPhone! haha! A friend is selling but I cannot afford it right now. I have no savings yet. But 3 days from now its my birthday already and perfect time to reward myself for being a supermom right? Ok will ask hubby to buy me that as a gift. haha!

Something Borrowed OST

I am now listening to the OST of my favorite movie. I downloaded this last week and it is now finished! Blame my slow moving internet connection as to why it is only now that I enjoyed this music. I love the soft sounds and how it calms my mind. Perfect for early morning blogging. I love my me time! I have time to do my work and enjoy music like these. Ahhhhh… freedom!

I Forgot, Sorry!

I remember when we went to Davao during my brother’s wedding a friend emailed me for a favor. We will have a meet up that same day when he emailed me so I told him to repeat his favor later. He told me to buy dutch master cigars but I never paid attention to what he is telling me so I forgot it. So nothing for him when I went home. There’s nothing like that in Davao anyways. I just said sorry I forgot his request.

Simple Celebration

My birthday is near and I can't wait for it to celebrate in Manila with my family. I don't expect hubby to buy roses or any expensive gift for me as spending time with him is what matters most to me. A simple eat out will be ok. And to think we are saving up for Cate’s 1st birthday party in October, I won’t ask for any gift now. A smile on my daughter’s face on her birthday will be the greatest gift for me and my husband. I am so excited for my birthday. I can’t wait!

But if given a chance that hubby bought me flowers then I will gladly accept it. Flowers are simple gift for women and they will always appreciate it.

Baby #2

We are so happy to share the news that we are expecting baby #2 already. I am now 8 weeks pregnant. I was so worried at first because of the gap between the baby and Cate. I am afraid that I might not be  able to give the attention to two kids. But with the help of friends and families I was able to accept the fact that this is it, I am having two kids now. And we wholeheartedly accept this wonderful blessing from God. Cate is now an Ate na! Kinda not yet used to calling my first born Ate but it sure does fits her. She is the perfect ate for her baby brother/sister. We cannot wait to finally meet you my little peanut. I hope I will have a healthy pregnancy and no complications. Please pray for me.

New Floors soon

I was thinking of having a laminated floors for our living room up to the kitchen. But I am having trouble finding a good shop who laminate floors. Maybe will just have to tile the floors now. Hubby will also agree with me. Just thinking about the expenses this will really take a big part on our budget. Or we will just cancel this until the baby arrive early next year. I cannot wait for our house to have a new floors. The kids will surely love playing in the living room soon.

Naughty Kid

My friends daughter is so naughty. The other day her mom told me that she played with her mom’s make up and scattered them all over the carpet. She is now learning games that are not appropriate to her age too. I am bothered. I hope my mommy friend will take action with her daughter’s actions. I hope her attitude is nothing serious. I am thinking of ADHD right now. Knock on wood I hope not!

Motorcycle Ride After Two years

After almost 2 years I finally was able to ride a motorcycle again. Well that was last month when I am not yet pregnant. Yes you read that right, I am pregnant again for baby # 2. Cate will be an Ate na. And now I will miss riding a motorcycle once again as I am banned from riding it again. Maybe after 2 years again. huhuhu!

This is my sisters Suzuki Hayate scooter. We borrowed it to go to the motocross event near our place. It was fun to go to a place where you haven’t been to. A new discovery is always an amazing experience.

My Simple Friend

A friend will be celebrating her birthday next week and I am cramming now on what to give her. I was planning to give her the gift basket special that I saw online. I think it will be a good gift for her. And good thing she is the type who is ok with everything. I am so happy that she is my friend. Not a very high standard lady. Pretty and simple too. New Laptop For Sis

The laptop that my sister is using is acting up already. It won't boot up when it is unplugged. I tried using it the other day and it just made me cranky. Oh well she should replace it with a new one or get the mini portables that we saw at the mall. Better to use a good and pricey one than the not so good in quality. Thank God my laptop is still in good condition (knock on wood).

No Gift

We had a buffet lunch to celebrate Father's Day last Sunday. I was looking for some unique fathers day gifts but I ran out of time. So I gave nothing for dad. I will just make up for him this week. Will still try to look for a unique gift and give it as a late gift. Better late than never as they said. haha! What a very good daughter I am! But visiting the site I linked above gave me an idea on what to give to my dad. Will browse the site more. Latah!

Aching Body

Before I say good night to all of you and hit the sack, I will just finish my rv emergency roadside assistance hunt so I can forward whatever I find to my cousin who is in need of this matter. I am tired already. My back is aching now. I need to lay my body to bed so I have the energy for tomorrow. my two lovies are sleeping already and I wanna join them now. So tah tah and good night for now.

Friend’s Graduation

I saw my dear friend's graduation picture awhile ago over at her FB page. And it is so nice to see her wearing her toga. She is blooming and looking great now. She was my classmate before but she stopped and she was determined to finish college. Now she’ll reach her dream in no time.

I am so proud of her. She finally made it! Now I am off to get two curtis and co watches, one for me and one for my dear friend. She deserve this wonderful gift. Congrats my dear! Mwuah!

Weekend Lunch

We always have a good family lunch during weekends prepared by my mom. We always visit them for some bonding and catch up time. Mom prepares lots and lots of food during these times. We are all present at my parents house. It is so nice to have time for family. I love my family so much!
